• Added compatibility for Elysium Core

Tweaks:

• Rename mod_menu.png to mod_menu_icon.png
• Reuse Bygone Nether's textures for Infernal Nether since they're the same
• Use the High Surrogate Pairs:
  \uDB90 (For Mod Menu & Elysium Core)
  \uDB91 (For Discs)
  \uDB92 (For Disc Times)
  with \uDCxx series to avoid conflict with other resourcepacks that adds Unicode Characters
