A general cleanup of the configuration screen - this is to prepare for the next big update and to remove confusion.

This release is a hotfix that fixes the cave fog issue when swimming on top of a body of water. This issue was caused by an incorrect Y level calculation.

• Fixes #32 "Cave fog bugs out of water."
• Added global disable button to the config screen, useful if you want to make comparisons or temporarily disable any fog modifications.
