Note: This release will likely be the last for Expanded Storage, it does not have the data fixer code found in previous versions due to refactors so please back up your worlds and update to 1.21.4 before updating to this version.

Well a bugfix update is here...
- Fix mini block collisions when there is no ribbon or sparrow.
- Make it so the hovered texture overrides the current preference texture for screen pick buttons.
- Add chests, old chests to c:chests and barrels to c:barrels
- Add chest minecarts to c:minecarts
