Release 6.1.5 for MC 1.19.3

Changes:

- Harvesters now account for direction when harvesting fields

- Updated uk_ua translations

- Fixed tag ingredients used in Soul Extractor and Seed Reprocessor recipes breaking

- Fixed armor/tool upgrade recipes not transfering NBT (enchantments, augments, etc.)

- Fixed Stone Seeds recipe conflicting with Deepslate Seeds recipe

- Fixed Infused Farmland not being considered 'fertile'

- Fixed Mining AOE Augment breaking the initial block twice (causing potential nbt data loss)

- Fixed the Harvester deleting items
