Changes:
- Options are now data-driven from
options.jsonin the same format - Allow mod ID for icons to be overridden with mod_id field.
- Fix brandings for modfest 1.21 (we really gotta make that respack driven, how do you get texture width again?)
- Improve icons to match modmenu code.
