Farmable Ancient Seeds

Torchflowers and pitcher plants should have farmable seeds.

This is a simple Minecraft data pack that adds a shapeless crafting recipe to turn torch flowers and pitcher plants into their respective seeds.

Crafting

Torchflower seeds and pitcher pods can be crafted by surrounding the item with 8 bonemeal.

Pitcher Pods

Surrounding a pitcher plant with 8 bonemeal produces 2 pitcher pods.

Surrounding a torchflower with 8 bonemeal produces 2 torchflower seeds.

Installation

  1. Download the .zip file from the versions section on Modrinth or from the Github releases channel.
  2. Place the .zip file into the datapacks folder of your world.
